Composing a photo with multiple elements is always a challenge. But what is it like to do this while falling backwards at 130 mph with another jumper right on top of you? Professional skydive photographer, Joe Jennings captures shots like this on a regular basis. It’s his job. Joe has both a video camera and a 35mm mounted on his helmet. These he controls by hand buttons, but it is his skydiving skills that allow him to maneuver and “track” fellow jumpers for some of the most dramatic
imagery from the sky one can see anywhere. Here he is on his back, below the jumper, his wide angle lens also freezing the plane in the upper part of the frame.
Notice how straight the horizon line is. Wow!!
