Don Getty
The old
saying that success breeds success is very true with this wildlife image
by Don Getty. He has set up here at this river crossing in the Tetons
numerous times and his lens has captured otters, moose, mule deer and
even a Great horned owl. On this beautiful, early morning with bright
low backlighting illuminating background shrubs and rising mist three
moose entered the river. The subjects were moving across his frame in
perfect profile and the resulting silhouettes are set
against an ethereal setting, creating a most memorable wildlife moment.
