I began my education in photography around about 1993 at Westchester Community College NY. I was living in America working as a nanny; a leaving gift from friends at home was a camera. Traveling and taking pics became a big part of my life me so I decided to learn how to do it better. Intro into B&W, People & Places and Nature photography gave me a great start. I also took some course at SUNY and worked with a Photographer.
In 1995 I returned to Wales and continued a BA in Documentary Photography after graduation in 1997 I went to work for a ladies magazine in London. From there I began working with a Youth Development Charity called Raleigh International and went on Expeditions to Oman and Brunei recording the venture supplying press with photos and articles. In 2000, I started my own business and know freelance. I write features on travel and outdoor activities, I supply travel guides with images also Stock Agencies. I do a lot of presswork and also exhibit my work and have recently produced a range of greeting cards. I also teach Adult Education and run workshops.
